Kids work on special projects at the Advent Workshop. Sunday School drama class learns about Noah's Ark. Youth ice skate at the Goggin to raise awareness and funds to eradicate malaria. Fun and Fellowship out on the lawn at our annual CE Welcome Back Picnic. The Chancel Choir brings joy and inspiration to worship on Sunday mornings. The Hughes family prepares to serve communion on Sunday. We gather to celebrate at our Conversation Cafe a successful self-study process and to form our GO Teams. Participating in the crop walk with youth and MU students is a way we practice our faith in the community. We walk with our Christian brothers and sisters, following the cross where all our burdens may be lain. An Easter egg hunt and cascaronis help us celebrate our risen Savior. Children of Goel are educated as we continue to support this amazing ministry. Children of migrant farm workers learn about their body and their health in the free clinic. One of our dentist members, Doug Hoover, gives a free oral exam to a child of a migrant farm worker. The annual picnic at Hueston Woods is a great way to kick off the summer. A baptism at our sister church in Russia. Youth and children alike enjoy time at Vacation Bible School. The Women's Retreat is well attended, held at the Western Lodge on Miami's Campus. Children perform a liturgical dance to enhance our worship experience. Our youth take a trip to Alabama to help out and work on a Habitat for Humanity House. Middle School Youth enjoy their time climbing on the Rock Wall at MU Rec Center. Children in our Christian Cooperative Nursery School have a little fun in a conga line.

We all gather together Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m. to worship followed by fellowship time in the Molyneaux Library Lounge. Children join us in worship until after their Children's message, then leave for their Sunday School classes. Nursery care is always provided. All are welcome so please do join us and come as you are.

CAMPUS MINISTRY CENTER TO HOST SPAGHETTI DINNER FUNDRAISER FEBRUARY 23RD

The Campus Ministry Center (CMC), 16 South Campus Avenue, is having a Spaghetti Dinner on Thursday, February 23, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. This is a fundraiser for Miami students to go on an Alternate Spring Break Work Trip to New Orleans. The cost is $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for students and $3.00 for children over 5 years old.

Our congregation is one of the main supporters of this ecumenical Christian campus ministry, so please lend your support. If you haven't visited the CMC or been there in a while, or if you haven't yet met the new Director, Rebecca Woods, this would be a good opportunity.
